The video of the rocket launch itself was taken by Matthew Titus (matthewtitus@mac.com), a University of Alaska at Fairbanks student, who was located at the Poker Flat Research Range about a mile from the launch site. The video shows the launch of the NASA MICA sounding rocket starting from the ignition of the first stage (the first bright flash at T+0 seconds), the end of the first stage burn and separation of the first stage motor from the second stage (T+5 seconds), the second stage ignition (bright flash at T+12 seconds), and the end of the second stage motor burn (T+46 seconds). Between T+5 and T+12 seconds one can see the first stage falling back toward the ground, as the second stage with the science payload continues upward. Patients at Headley Court are growing stronger through a gardening project which has culminated in the creation of a display garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. Staff and patients are exhibiting their display, The Courtyard Garden, at the prestigious event for the first time. It will give them the chance to show how successful their horticulture as therapy scheme has become at Headley Court. The Chelsea installation, designed by Geoff Whiten, is an example of a permanent garden that has been built at Headley Court to help patients rehabilitate from their injuries. It is also a collaboration with military charity Gardening Leave, who work with the Armed Forces community to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of personnel using Horticultural Therapy. Medical evidence has shown horticulture provides physical, neurological, cognitive and psychological rehabilitation. It tests patients' motor skills, plus their strength and endurance. There is also evidence to suggest that being in an outdoor environment reduces stress, leading to improved concentration and helping individuals think through their problems or concerns.
